How long is a gift card valid?

A gift card whether it is a physical gift certificate or an e-card, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Can I buy a gift certificate for delivery the same day?

Yes, if you order an E-card, you can send the gift certificate with a optional amount and a personal greeting on the same day by e-mail.

Can I use my gift card directly into a shop?

No, a gift card may only be used on Mocinno’s website where you can freely choose between the range of goods.

Yes, the gift may be exchanged for a new product or to a voucher on Mocinno within 14 days.

Mocinno is a registered unique website. The website is created for the person, couple, child or company, who would like to get or give a present that the receiver actually wishes or needs.

Mocinno is a free service that gives you as individual the choice to select gifts from the best selection of shops or brands in Denmark and Sweden.

Individual

By visiting the shops that work with us, or simply visiting our website you select a gift, which you would like to receive. From there a list will be created, which can than be accessed by your family and friends, with a personal code. They will be able to purchase from that list, by credit card or internet banking.

The gifts that you have selected can be picked up from the shops directly or you can have it delivered home at your convenience. The guests will in both cases be able to personalize the gift by adding a personal note.

Corporate

Incentives, Christmas presents and bonuses for employees or clients will now become very personal.

A company will select a number of presents from the site, or from a particular shop. We will create a company site with a dedicated number of presents. The employee can select a present online from this custom made webpage which will be delivered to company directly.

Another scenario even more convenient and personal is that the employee or in this case also a client, gets a virtual voucher with a monetary value to be spent on the Mocinno site. The second scenario is expected to be very popular. The employee can than select to have it sent home or pick it up from the shop.
