At Mocinno.com you will find great products of high quality and unique design. Our objective is to give a professional and high quality service to our customers. Below you will find our conditions of purchase, which follows the applying Swedish and Danish legislation and our own guiding principles. If you have any questions, please contact Mocinno either bye e-mail or phone. If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. Rest assured that we are committed to fullfil your expectations.

Ordering
All products can be ordered online. Ordering can be done around the clock - around the year. The order is executed all weekdays, between 09.00 am - 04.00 pm. (09-16.00)
In the selection of goods you are asked to enter your email address and access code. The e-mail address will be your username. If you are a new customer of Mocinno, you are asked to enter your contact information including an e-mail address and that you select an access code, which gives you access of Mocinno.

Please choose your products that you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket. After you have selected the products you wish to purchase, click "Go to checkout '. Get an overview of the goods you have purchased and the price including delivery costs.

Remember to fill in shipping address, if it is someone other than yourself, to which the products are delivered. Then you are asked to proceed to the payment. When your order is approved, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address. It asks you to save your order until you have received your ordered goods.

If you are a NON-European resident, pls. check with your local tax free rules to get the VAT deducted.

Prices for residents in the European Union
If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted.

Prices for residents outside the European Union
If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside the European union, the prices at our website is VAT/Sales taxes excluded. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country's policy when your order is delivered. Pls. check import prices with your local customs office.

Sold goods
The products you find on Mocinno can at the moment be sold even if it appears on the website. If that is the case, we will send you an email with information about choosing a new product or get the price removed from your bill.

Photos and descriptions of production
It is subject to variations between the images of the product and the actual appearance. It is also subject to errors and deficiencies in production descriptions. Rates
All prices on Mocinno.com are in EUR, DKK, SEK, US and Pound including VAT and excluding delivery charges. Mocinno reserves the right to price changes. Mocinno undertakes no duty treatment in connection with sales abroad. All trade agreements are subject to Danish law and Swedish law.
When paying with credit cards issued in foreign countries add a levy of 5.75%.

Payment

The invoiced amount is deducted only when the goods are sent. There will never be a higher amount than what you accepted when ordering. Mocinno is notified of your payment by the credit institutions. The information you submit in connection with your purchase and payment by credit card is encrypted (SSL), thus the only payment service can read them. Mocinno will never come into possession of your credit card information. Always save your receipt of purchase of Mocinno in the form of prints or on your computer.

Order Confirmation
Immediately after you have ordered, we send an order confirmation containing the following information:
- Name and address
- Description of goods
- Payment Terms
- Total price for the goods, including VAT, fees and delivery
- Delivery address (es)
- Delivery
- Information on withdrawal
- Mocinno's contact information

It is required that you save the order confirmation until the product from Mocinno has reached destination. Mocinno  taking reservations for misprints.

Refusal of transaction

Our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been ordered; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
